Membership provides members and their immediate family with access to no-cost and affordable legal, financial, ID theft and tax assistance from attorneys and financial professionals in your area when needs arise, through CLC Incorporated. Through this program, you will also gain access to one of the world’s largest online discount legal and financial resources, assuring you of the forms and information you need.  Members also have access to online discount legal forms and financial calculators.

• Legal Matters – Members and their immediate family are entitled to one (1) initial 60-minute office or telephone consultation per separate legal matter at no cost.  In the event a member decides to retain an attorney after the consultation, they will be provided with a preferred rate reduction of 25% from the attorney’s normal hourly rate.
• Financial Services – Members and their immediate family receive a thirty (30) minute consultation at no additional cost with a financial professional. In addition to bankruptcy and lending-related issues, members and their immediate family are entitled to consultation concerning budgeting, debt consolidation, lease /purchase issues, retirement planning, college funding, and other general financial matters. 
• ID Theft Protection – CLC’s Staff Model Fraud Resolution services assist members at the inception of a fraud-related emergency. This service provides members and their immediate family with up to a 60-minute free consultation with a highly trained Fraud Resolution Specialist™ (FRS) and conducts seven emergency response activities. The FRS assists members with restoring their identity, good credit, and assists with the costly steps to dispute fraudulent debts, etc.
• Tax Consultation and Preparation –Members and their immediate family are entitled to receive a 30-minute income tax planning related consultation per year on each separate tax issue they encounter. Additional services are provided for only $39.95 with unlimited access.  Plus, members receive a 25% discount off the normal fee for the preparation of all personal income tax documents prepared by a CPA or EA.

Matters involving disputes or actions between members, the Plan Administrator, Benefit Services Association, member’s employer, plan sponsors, agents, or their affiliates, officers, directors or employees are specifically excluded from eligibility of this plan.  Also excluded are matters that, in the attorney’s opinion, lack merit.  Court costs, filing fees, and fines are the responsibility of the member.  Other restrictions apply.
