You can earn a share of the Company’s sales quarterly based on qualifications. The Company takes 5% of total CV and shares this amongst those qualified to earn this bonus. Every quarter, the bonus pool is calculated and the bonus is paid out based on the total number of shares you have earned during the bonus period.
